1.  Select your domain name.  If you do not already have one, we can register it for you in your name.  Domain names are 12.00 per year.  If you are a Mom Pack Member, you can receive a discount at mompack.com.

2.  Order your web hosting.  Web hosting is how your site will be live online to your visitors.  We are web hosts and offer plans from 22.00 per year up to 14.95 per month.  We even offer the option of owning your own web server with full management by our staff.

3.  Order your DIY Shoppe.  This is a one-time license fee of 49.99.  Why?  We could just raise our monthly hosting fees like others to cover the license fee over time and make more, but we believe you should own your own shopping cart and not just "rent" it from us like others do.  You've worked hard building your business and your web site.  Obviously you should own it too.

The DIY Shoppe requires PHP 4+, 1 mySQL, phpMyAdmin, which is included in your hosting plan with us and a free Mals-E account .

* The DIY Shoppe works seamlessly with Mals and is required. Mals uses Paypal for its merchant processor. If you want to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, etc., please let us know and we'll give you Mary Durina's contact information so she can help you with setting up your own merchant account through First Data, which is what we personally have used for the past 4 years.

The cost for the DIY Shoppe  License is $49.99
The ordering of your DIY Shoppe as well as any other services that we offer can be done here. *Link opens in a new window.
The license is a one time fee and requires a Standard Plan hosting account or higher due to the cart using 1 mySQL database which is included with that plan and up.  Once you stock your DIY Shoppe, you can contact us to evaluate your account to see if we can downgrade you to a lower monthly cost and still keep your database.  Your hosting account also comes feature packed with everything you need to create your business online.  Please check out our site for all hosting details:  The Design Shoppe

Your DIY Shoppe will be installed within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. 

*** Optional: If you would like us to customize your template to match the cart, customization starts at $75.00. Please open a support ticket if you would like to add this to your order. Template customization can take approximately 3-5 business days to complete depending on the complexity.
