How long until I can start stocking my store?
Please give us 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays to
load your new online store. If you need us to rush on your
install, just let us know.
What type of payments can I accept for my store?
That's up to you. We do not restrict types of payments
that you can take from your own customers. We do not
involved ourselves in any way in regards to your payment
processing.
What if I don't like any of the 32
pre-installed templates that comes with my DIY Shoppe?
You are free to custom create something you'd like or you can
contact one of our custom designers to discuss the creation of
something special. We add new templates as quickly as we
can. So keep an eye on What's New Announcements. You
are never stuck with any one design. A new design upload
is quick and easy!
Can I make a backup copy of my site in full?
Absolutely. We recommend you doing this each time you add
a lot of new products or make major changes to your online
store.
How many products can I put into my DIY
Shoppe?
As many as you'd like! We do not restrict your product
entries.
I don't sell tangible products. Can I
still use a DIY Shoppe?
Absolutely. If you offer downloadable items, you can load
a preview picture. Once payment is made, you can send the
link for download or email your information to your customer.
It's up to you.
What if I have more questions?
Easy. You can either fill out a support ticket for one of
our staff to pick up. Or you can click on the little
question mark icon located in your store administration area and
you'll have an explanation of every feature on any page you are
on.
